Brick brownies cake. More like lava cake but less sweet. If you want to try, best ask for the hot fresh from oven, so you can feel the sensation of melting chocolate.
IT’S NOT WORTH THE HYPE
Why?
It may looks good on pics, but trust me, its not as good as you think it would be. So many better brownies out there. Or maybe you could cook a better one at your home.It’s too dry. I cant eat it without take a sip of water on every bite.
The batter for me is way too floury or you may say, powdery. Especially when you reach the center part. It really wasn’t a pleasant experience.
The taste doesn’t really taste like brownies. I don’t even know what taste it is ??. Good brownies supposed to taste chocolaty and sweet (not too sweet). As a person who really enjoy chocolate, this kue balok really underwhelming.
After u read my review above, u may not believe it because so many people on Instagram saying this kue balok is so good. Well, if you dont believe me, you better try it yourself so then you know how underwhelming this kue balok is.
